Candidates should:

Be self-starters and ready to work in a start-up environment

Have a solid understanding of core Computer Science and Operating system design

Be CS grads or EE grads with excellent programming skills

Have prior work experience with mobile handsets, set-top-boxes, etc.

Be familiar with ARM architecture

Preference will be given to open source contributors

Current Hire

Kernel Engineers
Core Skills:	C, Linux Kernel, Monitor/Boot-Loader, OS/driver porting, low level debugging using jtag, kgd, kprobes. Understanding of embedded hardware, ARM soc.
Experience:	Overall experience: 2-6 years, Relevant Experience:1-2 Years

Device Driver Engineers
Core Skills:	C, Linux kernel, OS/driver porting, low level debugging using jtag, kgdb, kprobes, Linux device deriver programming (SPI, 12C, SDIO, NAND, LCD, USB).
Experience:	Overall experience: 2-6 years, Relevant Experience: 1-2 years

Interns

Good aptitude for learning
Very good analytical skills
Good skills in C, C++, Data-Structures, OS-Internals, CPU/Microprocessor design
knowledge of Linux system-programming, kernel and device driversms
